In addition to using a SWOT analysis, organizations often follow a detailed planning process for project selection. This phase is critical for the start-up of any project. The activity list is a tabulation of activities to be included on a project schedule. </textformat><textformat leading='0' tabstops='[0, 48, 96, 144, 192, 240]' blockindent='0' indent='0'>The list should include the activity name, an activity identifier or number, and a brief description of the activity.
